I am a passionate registered dietician and dedicated mother of two, Skylr and Mileah. After earning my B.Sc. in Dietetics from North-West University in 2011, I completed my community service at Steve Biko Academic Hospital and began my private practice journey in 2013. In 2015, I established my first practice in Pretoria, and later expanded to Bethlehem, where I continue to serve clients.
My approach to nutrition is deeply influenced by personal experiences as both a dietician and a mother. I believe that “perfect” isn’t sustainable—only “good” can truly support and nourish you.
My mission is to help clients, especially women, heal from unrealistic expectations and make peace with their bodies. With a focus on family and wellness, I am dedicated to empowering parents to raise healthy, happy children while embracing balance in their own lives.

After completion of my B.Sc. Dietetics degree at the North-West University Potchefstroom Campus in 2014, I completed my community service year at Witrand Psychiatric Hospital. It is here that I gained invaluable experience regarding eating disorders, ADHD and the role nutrition plays in mental wellbeing. This was the start of my interest in nutritional psychiatry and planted the seed for the work I did at Evexia Day Psychiatric Hospital, where I have been a facilitator since 2020.
In March 2018, I joined Petri Fourie Dieticians, after working as a locum in various setting and realised that I was made to build relationships with others. Here, I have the opportunity to assist patients with in body composition changes, all things gut health related and meal planning practices. Helping patients understand the mind-body connection and looking holistically at the role food plays in their lives gives me a great kick.
As a firm believer in continued education, I have also completed the CDE Advanced Diabetes course and the Optifast and Eatfit course.
I became a dietician because of my love of food, healthy living and people, which can all be combined, making it a perfect fit!
My nutrition philosophy: “It is what you do consistently that counts.”
